03Nature of the service

gatewayOne is payment orchestration software for platforms. It connects point-of-sale and online payments to the payment service providers, acquirers, open banking providers and banks chosen by the client.

Gambridge Technologies Ltd is a technical service provider, not a licensed payment institution under PSD2. No funds flow through gatewayOne. Every PSP and acquiring relationship is held directly by the client and its merchants, and the acquirer alone decides on acceptance. Each route runs under the merchant's own contract and merchant ID. Availability of PSPs, payment methods and features is confirmed per project.
